Accessing Printer Settings:

- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Navigate to "Devices and Printers."
Adding a DDS Printer:
- Click on "Add a Printer" at the top of the window.
- Select "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer."
- Wait for the system to search for available printers.
- Select the DDS Printer from the list of available printers.
- Click "Next" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Adding a DDS Printer (HQ Hendrix)
- Make sure the user is on the Corp Network then use the file location below to pull up the Printer Server.
- Click on the printer closest to them and it will manually add it off the server.


Managing the DDS Printer:
- You can view the printer's status and manage print jobs from the "Devices and Printers" window.
- To remove the printer, right-click on the printer icon and select "Remove device."
