Step-by-Step Instructions:

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11 and click on the download now using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant.

Before installing Windows 11, you need to install the PC Health Check to ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements.

From a web browser, locate and then download Microsoft’s PC Health Check.
Once downloaded, click WindowsPCHealthCheckSetup.msi from your browser’s download notification. Then run this download.

Finish

Go back to the Windows 11 Installation Assistant and Download it. On your file explorer right click on “Windows11IsntallationAssistant” and run it.

A page will pop up in Downloading and Running the Windows 11 Installation Assistant.
Step 3 will take the longest to install allow over an hour for this to install. Once step 3 is done you will be prompted to restart your computer. After the computer is restarted, the final installation files will run and it will finish the installation of Windows 11.

Troubleshooting:

Issue 1: Installation Failed
- Solution: Ensure your PC meets the system requirements and that the installation media is not corrupted. Check to make sure you have at least 40 GB of space left in your C drive. Contact the IT support team at techservice@artera.com for assistance.
Issue 2: Missing Drivers
- Solution: Download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website or use Windows Update to find and install the necessary drivers.
