Step-by-Step Instructions:

- Before installing Windows 11, you need to install the PC Health Check to ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements.
- From a web browser, locate and then download Microsoft’s PC Health Check.
- Once downloaded, click WindowsPCHealthCheckSetup.msi from your browser’s download notification. Then run this download.

- Go back to the Windows 11 Installation Assistant and Download it. On your file explorer right click on “Windows11IsntallationAssistant” and run it.

- A page will pop up in Downloading and Running the Windows 11 Installation Assistant.

- Step 3 will take the longest to install allow over an hour for this to install. Once step 3 is done you will be prompted to restart your computer. After the computer is restarted, the final installation files will run and it will finish the installation of Windows 11.

Solution: Ensure your PC meets the system requirements and that the installation media is not corrupted. Check to make sure you have at least 40 GB of space left in your C drive. Contact the IT support team at techservice@artera.com for assistance.
