Troubleshooting
Issue 1: Password not working

Solution: For Password Resets first Check in Active Directory to see if a User is a part a collective data security group as well as the right group based on their job. If they are in the right group then do a password reset on their account in AD as well as Entra.

Issue 2: Password works but just keeps loading a session.

Solution: Go into Entra and click on the person's name and press revoke session this will clear the user's m365 cache give them 2 minutes and have them try logging in again.
If this still has the same issue afterwards open up an incognito browser and give that a try this will have a cleared cache for web browsing.
