Setting Up KSE VPN Using Cisco Secure Client

The purpose of this article is to assist IT administrators and end-users in setting up the KSE VPN using Cisco Secure Client. This guide is intended for users who need secure remote access to the KSE network.
Before following the steps in this article, ensure that you have:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: The first step is to make sure the user's account had the right license to get permission to access the VPN. In Active Directory, the correct group is “Artera-VPN-Users”
Step 2: After checking if you have the right license added there are 2 ways to open Cisco Secure Client VPN both are shown below.

Step 3: After opening Cisco Secure client for first time users it should have a blank box. If they do they need to type in “vpn.artera.com” to connect to the correct Artera Server. Then press connect.
Step 4: After pressing connect it will prompt an Artera login they will need to enter their email and password as well as they will need the authenticator at the end for MFA.
Step 5: After connecting to the VPN if there are letter drives that are not showing these will need to be added manually. Refer to Network Drive KB for help on this.
