Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to Salesforce with your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner to access the Setup menu.
Step 3: In the Quick Find box, type "Users" and select "Users" from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Locate the user whose password you need to reset and click on their name to open their “user details” page.
Step 5: In the user details page, click on "Change Password".

Step 8: In the event that the user is not getting the email we can reset it manually. Click on the “login” and you will sign in as the user and navigate to there reset password.
Step 9: After pressing the reset password you can change there password manually. After pressing save logout of their account.
