Prerequisites
Access to Active Directory
Details
Logon firstname.lastname (ex noah.casteline)
Temp password FeeneyNC2024! (NC is users initals for the account your creating) (add what the password is as note in ticket)
Member of groups
F3 for field users E3 for laptop or office users
(Feeney Foreman) group in AD (For Foreman only)
Once your done create child ticket and send to Feeney Onsite
Step-by-Step Instructions
1.Open up active directory then go to artera.com then Feeney. In here double click on users and press the symbol in red to add a user account. Then type in first and last name and for “log on” will be firstname.lastname
2. After pressing next the password will need to be entered the temp password is FeeneyNC2024! (NC is users initials for the account your creating) then press next.
3. After the account is created right click on the profile and go to properties check to make sure the general and organization line up with the account information provided. To double-check right click on another account to make sure you are not missing any fields.
4. Press on the “member of” and type in M365 to get their email account users in the field will get an f3 and in the office is an e3 license. All foremen will be a part of the Feeney Foreman group license.
5. After setting up the account create a separate ticket to make sure the assets are created and include the temp password you created.
